Hi! I am in a really bad sitautin right now. I have all my paperwork ready to send my adjustment of status, i was just wating for my medical examination which I scheduled a month ago and got the first appointment available which was on 07/08 (last tueday). On Monday 07/07 my father had a terrible accident back home. He is hospitalized and in very bad condition. I already did my medical exam and I am ready to file but I am desperate to get back home. I was thinking on sending with the package an expedite advance parol wit letters from the hospital in Costa Rica... Any thoughts??? Thanks :wacko:

Without the I-485 application pending, you are SOL for emergency AP... Get the application in ASAP, and then when you get the NOA, make an Infopass appointment and try to get the local office to issue.
