May filers - anyone gotten 765 or 131 yet?

Hi,

I filed for AOS in early May, we also filed the I765 for employment auth and I131 for Advance Parole. We want to travel out of the country in about a month and are really hoping to know if he's been authorized by then. Anyone have an idea of when we might find out or have you gotten one of these documents already?

The USCIS processing times haven't been updated in several weeks so it's hard to know how long these different things will take.

We've not seen or heard anything on our 765 neither. I keep checking some of the other people who put posts out here and it looks like most take approximately 1 month and 1 week after their biometrics appointment. Crossing our fingers that it's soon that we received work permission.

05.02.2008 - Sent AOS & EAD package to Chicago.

05.04.2008 - Package recieved in Chicago.

05.09.2008 – Received NOA's.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

07.25.08 - Work Permission Received in Mail

07.28.08 - Applied for Social Security Number

08.04.08 - Received Social Security Number in Mail

09.29.08 - Started job

01.29.09 - AOS Interview
