Anyone else have this problem. We have the NOA for I485 AP and EAD, but when we try to register them USCIS says it does not exist. We called USCIS and they told us the files are there, to wait one week and it should show up. Since then we have our Biometrics appointment, but the USCIS website still says it does not exist, strange. Anyone else have this problem? We are calling today to see if we can get this fixed

Yes having this problem myself, and i have seen other who have it also. I would not worry about it so early into the process. I have my biometrics as well but my AOS does not show up online

October 2006 - Met in Houston

January 2007 to November 2007 - Dating and lived together

1/30/08 - Sent I-129F to VSC

2/5/08 - NOA1 received

2/24/08 - Touched

3/14/08 - Approved!!!! 44 Days

3/19/08 - NVC Received

3/21/08 - NVC Sent

3/25/08 - Consulate Received

3/31/08 - Packet 3 Received

4/01/08 - Packet 3 Sent

4/07/07 - Packet 4 Received

4/08/08 - Medical

4/28/08 - Interview!! 89 days Visa Received

5/14/08 - Entry to US, Woohoo

6/06/08 - Wedding!! Bigger Woohoo

6/22/08 - AOS and EAD Filled

6/27/08 - Noa both received

7/16/08 - Biometrics Appointment

7/22/08 - AOS transferred to California

8/22/08 - EAD Approved

8/28/08 - AOS I485 Card Production Ordered, WOOHOO

9/02/08 - EAD Received

Sept 08 AOS Recieved job got the week after!!

7/31/10 - Sent I-751 Removal of Conditions

I heard from that people who have called USCIS with this same problem were told that not all cases are put online, due to financial constraints (?!). Don't panic, they should show up online eventually, you have your receipt numbers and that's what matters.

10-Apr-08...Filing date for I-130/AOS/EAD/AP

02-May-08...Biometrics

31-Jul-08...EAD Card received

15-Sep-08...Interview (APPROVED)

27-Sep-08...GC received

03-Aug-10...Filed I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

06-Aug-10...NOA 1-yr Extension Letter

10-Sep-10...Biometrics

02-Dec-10...ROC approved! (Card production ordered)

My receipt numbers aren't showing up online too. I guess we will have to wait until we are done with biometrics.

05/18/07 married

05/29/07 sent I-130s for me & my daughter at CSC

06/16/07 checks for I-130 cashed

06/19/07 sent I-129F not waiting for noa1 but with printed online copies of checks cashed

06/25/07 check for I-129f cashed

06/29/07 transferred I-129f to CSC

07/03/07 received noa1 in the mail for I-129f

10/31/07 approved K3 and my I-130 except for my daughter

11/05/07 received NOA2 in the mail

12/01/07 received mail from NVC/yey we got our case number

12/20/07 went to St. Lukes and had my early medical exam

01/30/08 schedule for medical

02/07/08 interview, approved!

02/12/08 visa pick-up/cfo

02/14/08 POE-LAX

06/19/08 AOS mailed thru USPS

06/22/08 AOS delivered to Chicago IL

09/09/08 received EAD card in the mail

12/03/08 received interview letter for Jan 21 2009

01/21/09 approved for conditional permanent residence

02/02/09 permanent residence card arrived in the mail

10/21/10 submit form to remove conditions

01/21/11 10 year gc received

03/05/12 mailed my N-400

03/06/12 received email that they have my N-400

04/05/12 biometrics

We can at this point confirm that it appears 'after biometric appointment' is when the cases will be available online. No AP yet, but maybe this is the procedure at this point.

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **
