Hello to all June filers!

I am getting a little confused: some of you, guys, write that your petitions are "touched".

Where do I get this infrormation from? I check my case on-line, but it just says "received and pending".

Thanks

Anjelika

PS. We filed on the 18th of June

Got our receipt number through cashed check

Thanks!

One more question: I created my account today, in the last update the date is actually today's.

Does it mean my case was coincidentally touched today or it is just because my acount was created today?

Dear anjelica- I hate to take the happiness away- but those touches just mean someone scaned your file- which could mean anything actually. don't worry as it may look like forever- if you do everything thorowly and double and tripple check your package before you send it- and do everything on your part the fastest and most detale oriented way- this is your best bet on a speedy approval. we weren't "touched" once and just got the notice on our approval one very happy day.

I'm happy for you you created the account online- usually it works well and lets you know the fastest about any change on /your case.. :star:

if you read around the forumes you'll get a lot of useful info- and also as I said- you can ask me- I have a fountain of info after this long exausting process..:)

Dear Dianna and Adam,

It is nice to see someone else from Israel:)

I am glad your K1 journey is over! On your time line chart you mentioned turning to congress man's office after 2 months waiting .... isn't 2 months considered as a short waiting time and usually it is 3-4 monts at Vermont??

Thank you
