I qouted the comment posted by "rogeredna" on our profile. It is an inquiry regarding white slip:

"congrats.!! did you got white slip on your interview??"

Actually, I don't get exactly what white slip rogeredna was referring to. Though, I have read many profiles that talked about white slip in this site but I don't understand what did they mean. Unless they will tell me what is the content of that white slip.

Based on my interview experience, after I had my interview with the Consulate Officer (CO), he (the CO) gave me that white sheet of paper which is a checklist of documents and on the lower part "next step after the interview". As I understand, if the visa applicant is lacking of any of the documents required by the USEM, the Consulate Officer would check the item in that checklist corresponding to that document needed and be submitted and then the CO will put check on the "next step after the interview" as direction for the applicant on what he/she will do. In my case, the Consulate officer did not put mark on items of documents. In other words, we are complete of the requirements/documents needed to prove our relationship and our identities. The Consulate officer just marked (check) on the box in the item which says "wait until you will hear from us". Then he affixed his signature.

After the interview, the officer concluded it by saying …OK, Ms.___. That’s all. Congrats! Maraming salamat.

He stamped on our paper; I wasn’t able to read what he stamped there.

It was funny..The officer said thank you in Tagalog while I said Thank you in English.

The he further said….You may go back to the waiting area and wait for the next step of the interview process. Then, he smiled at me. I was supposed to ask him the result of that interview but his word "Congrats" was enough for me to discern my status. That's very loud and clear. That checklist which he gave me and the pink slip which I received from the releasing window would further confirmed.

I hope this helps.

Hello there! That white sheet of paper that looked like a checklist is the MNL-IV 22 aka white slip aka 221 (g). Usually the CO will check what are the additional requirements needed. Other COs don't write anything if USEM is still waiting for the results of the document verification. In my case, the female CO wrote there "document verification". Then she checked...wait until you here from us.

Hi Chris-lei! Thanks for that info. Now I know. So I did receive it. However, there was no much writing on that white slip I received except with that check on "wait until you will hear from us" and the signature of the consulate officer.
