So I called....They can't even file a report because the St Paul office states that this is within normal time frames. She said I can call back in 60 days to check on stuff. LOL. I'm done with this!! And ofcourse she could not give me any additional information as to why it's taking so long or what is the reason for them taking so long. BLAH. So I asked what are normal time frames? Or what do they consider normal? 1 year? 2 years? 5 years? She could not say. And she repeated herself a few times.

I feel for the both of you. Usually people get stuck at name check or wait forever for the interview. Very rarely after passing the interview that people are in limbo.

Good luck. Hopefully you both will have good news the moment it is SPRING!!!!!!!

Geez! What a typical beaurocratic it is!

Normally I don't want to be violent, but when I think of USCIS, I'm more violent than normal. :bonk:

My case is similar to yours completed interview feb 24th. Decision pending waiting on name check to clear god know how long that is going to take.

Through this trend, I've portrayed myself as a very pessimistic person. How I can help it when everything single piece of paper I received from USCIS, I had to tear it out from them. As I said, the battle continues...

Thanks guys for your warmed support!

SO I called again!! =) I don't give up with them. This time the lady talked a whole bunch and then stated that she could not do anything , but told me to speak with another customer service agent. So again, transfered to another agent. Explained my case and she stated hat on Feb 23 the file was approved but is waiting in line for the oath ceremony. Then she said it's waiting for the supervisor to approve the file. Then she said it's waiting for the supervisors signature. Then she said it's only a mtter of time before you get it. And I agreed that it was only a matter of time, but I asked her what is " a matter of time ". I don't think they expect sassiness from immigrants lol. So She stated that she does nto know, I asked if it was 1 year, 2 years. She stated she worked in the California office and does not know. So I asked her what should I do, besides wait? How can I find out how long it takes? She told me to make an appointment and ask them. Which I did and I am going to see them tomorrow in the morning. I will push these monkeys till I get my letter.
