AFTER REQUESTING FOR CORRECTION OF NAME WHAT'S NEXT?

I am done requesting for the correction of my name yesterday.I did what they asked me to...i fax my BC and letter of correction with my signature just an hour after i called the us embassy....and i wonder if i have to do follow ups or what else should i needed to do.

I didnt pay the documents verification yet coz they might making some changes of my name on the data base or still they are working on my name's correction and im afraid if i pay for document verification my name would not appear yet to their data base....

What should i do?anyone can help?

Try calling USEM again and verify if they received your fax... sa case ng correction for the spelling of my daughter's name, i had to fax twice talaga coz nawala yong isa, di daw nila natanggap... madami sila masyado mga fax machine and sometimes it gets lost so just make sure that they did receive it.

Thanks sa advice mo...the poblem is...2 lang call center dito sa amin then ung isa lang pwede makatawag sa us embassy and what happened yesterday?nung natapos me mag fax sa documents?i go back to the call center and they said sira daw system ng computer nila....i cant make a call for follow ups...

ano pala number tinatawagan mo? ito yong direct line sa immigration unit: (02) 301 2000 ext. 5184 or 5185 look for grace or lorraine, sila yong mga incharge don, sa kanila mo ask if nareceive nila yong fax mo and if nacorrect na entry, they would also give you further instruction if may namiss pa.. pde naman makatawag kahit ano linya sa numbers na yan.. pero if yong mahabang number, yon parang PLDT lang at smart ata. direct lang kasi natry ko tawagan (medyo may katarayan sila but ok lang) and ok naman kahit globe phone ko.
