This was my second pregnacy.. the first one ended due to stress of misscarriage and this one ended because of the stress last week and i miscarried on friday night into saturday and ended up having such a traumatic time with surgery at the hospital and now I also cant work for the next 2 weeks.. Worse off I already have a 7 year old who is asking me alot of questions and she is also suffering from the confusion of all this. Im so sad..

Ok so he knew you were pregnant again and left. The writing is on the wall as plain as day. He is stringing you along and doesnt care about you Shannon...pls see it for what it is!!!! You've wasted too much time & energy on him and you place yourself in a position to get pregnant twice when you know deep down inside you really know what is going on here. Dont sugar coat him and say "but I love him ..." hes killing your soul and your allowing it. Love doesn't suppose to hurt and what is he doing hurting YOU time and time again. I remember your earlier posts from last year. He's a jerk and he is using you and now probably laughing at you. I wouldnt tolerate such behaviour I would've got rid of him long time back.

Oh about aos. We only legally married in march here in usa. We never filed for AOS because he moved with a friend and during that month after our marriage and he said he wont aos until i move there with him so he feels secure that i am not near my daughters father.Now i just got email from him and he says he is coming back through the guy who was letting him work and he dont need me. Makes me feel like a real fool. Oh he says he will be with me here but he doesnt want to come under my sponsership. he is really torturing me now..but my question was do i need to still withdraw anything from the ins regard to the affadavit of support or let them know anything?

Even though you say you really love him, I really do think that once you are on your own and "free" you will really see that you feel much better that way. You will not be suffering. You can find someone who will not leave you, especially after all the time and effort and waiting for him to come. ESPECIALLY since you were pregnant! I am so sorry about your miscarriages. I really hope that you will leave him and not look back at least for the sake of your 7 year old child. Don't cause her confusion and pain because of this man who left knowing what would happen. It doesn't sound like you did anything- I feel so sorry for you and your child. Please take care of yourself and your daughter. I don't mean to offend you I hope everything works out for you.

I just had an observation regarding this situation. I am sorry this seems to be a continual situation in your relationship. Is it possible your relationship is toxic? Is it possible this is is the other side of the story ?

I didn't read all the posts, so I am not sure if this has already been posted.

But I believe, with a k-3, the interview needs to take place in the country the where the marriage occured. How could he come here for the K-3 visa interview, if the doesn't already have a visa. I believe your only option is to go with a CR-1 visa.

Thanks Motu.. Well he left this past tues 5/9 and he emailed me on sat morning to let me know he is back in india. Now he is saying how much he loves me and he feels so sorry for all this and I too love him very much. I am so distraught right now , so much emotionally tormented and i forgot to mention i was 14 and half weekes pregnant but also going through the fact i just miscarried and had to have surgery from that on saturday due to all the stress.. Now i am going through losing my husband and my unborn child.. I dont know what to do but yes somehow your right .. He made such a dumb descion to go back there just due to miscommunication and knowing what i had to go through with losing my baby and going through this without his support is really very hard. I have no family and that makes it all the harder. I appreciate any advice. But i dont know true love just never seems to die and yes we have had so many problems til now but my heart always runs to wherever he is. Now i just feel like all hope is dead because now he is in india and i am here in usa being married and not knowing if he will ever be able to come back. Since he has returned home things feel more distant than ever and after being together for 4 and half months here in usa i just cant even go back to talking to him online cause it hurts to much to know he is not just a phone call away . I am so much hurt inside and just dont know where we go from here. Do u think i should wait while before apply for k3 and should i notify the ins of his leaving or just let it go and re apply for k 3 when we are ready..

Well if you really want him to be back, why don't you file for advance parole and he could get it in 2 months and come back...

Seems like your husband wants to salvage the relationship but does not want any help from you in coming back to the US since the relationship is very shaky at the moment. Maybe he doesn't want his immigration status to be hinged upon the success of his marriage to you.

I guess you can say for sure that at least he did not marry you for the green card.

The fact that he is coming back through his friend suggests to me that he is using you as a means to get a greencard. I would inform Immigration of the situation so he cannot get any further in the US. Shame on him. Hes not a man for treating you like this
