Good luck to your I-130 approval, NVC and the interview... BTW, let me give some more time to incorporate all the feedback received by VJ people. I kept all of them in a temp file. Once that's done, I'll be officially out of VJ :crying: I think you can take care of the rest :thumbs:

Since you put Fatima's very detailed interview while sitting in CT; we except much more detail of Fatima's POE experience. :devil:

Now you have a choice to make when you come home from work (1)Computer + VJ :whistle: (2) Fatima. :whistle:

Currently you must be hearing tick tick from each clock... sound will grow louder and louder by each tick... I hope she breeze past through POE at Newark..... B)

SORRY not to post the details of Fathima's arrival for almost a day... I was "BUSY" :star:

Here are the details...

She arrived at 11:25PM on 07/11/2008 at Newark airport (Bani, it is 1 hour 15 min drive from my home)

She was out of the airport at 12:30AM on 07/12/2008

There were NO issues or complications at the Port of Entry.

After that, she proceeded to the exit and handed over the CBP declaration form.

That's all, POE is over and it was super smooth...

PS:-

1) No need to complete I-94

2) There were no additional interview questions

3) She proceeded to the immigration at Green Card/Citizens line

4) There was no photo capture

SORRY not to post the details of Fathima's arrival for almost a day... I was "BUSY" :star:

Here are the details...

She arrived at 11:25PM on 07/11/2008 at Newark airport (Bani, it is 1 hour 15 min drive from my home)

She was out of the airport at 12:30AM on 07/12/2008

There were NO issues or complications at the Port of Entry.

Anyway, I'm just happy to hear everything went SO smoothly... It's good to know that the process is simply walking through and abiding instructions, no further questions or anything ... EXCELLENT!

And she was out in an HOUR? That's not bad considering the busy time of day ... Neetu's landing at 4:35am so she may be out even quicker given how slow it is then (usually just two flights coming in - one from Delhi and one from Mumbai lol) ...
