Ok so my Fiance is going for his Medical tomorrow in London but it says that he needs to have an appointment letter but i dont know what that is. He hasnt received a date for his Visa interview yet so i dont know what to do about it should he just go without one?

Hi Flower,

You do not need appointment letter for the medical. This is just booked over the phone. What your fiance need to take is his passport, vaccination records, 1 passport type picture (UK size is fine for medical) and the fee of £180.

He will received an appointment letter for the actual interview at the Embassy.
