We got our second touch today and it was only received at Vermont on the 30th June

I think we were lucky we got Vermont

We called them and they have no idea where our application is, nor d they have a receipt number. The lady said she'd get back to us on Monday :/

Did you send the application return receipt, signature required? If so, have it handy when you talk to them on Monday it may help if you can prove that they received the envelope.

Yeah, we got the signature! I'm worried about what they might say on Monday. I've already started compiling new forms and developing the photos again to send in case we have to resend the entire package. I just can't believe this had to happen to us

We have the UPS receipt that the package was received on 6/13 and that is it. Our check wasn't cashed and we have not received any notice of any kind. We're at 26 days, I'm calling USCIS now to see if they will give me an answer or if I have to wait until Thursday. I'll let everbody know what happens. Do we actually HAVE TO RECEIVE NOA1 by mail for any administrative purposes??

We sent our K1 package on the 18th of June, the check was cleared on the 24th of June. I got our tracking number from the bank and am able to track our case which is in a status "received and pending".

However, still no NOA1 by mail. Shall we call the center and let them know that no hard copy is received?

I don't think you actually need the hardcopy - as long as you have your case # you should be ok.

Hey chadherm, we are in the same situation as you. Our check was not cashed. It has been over 30 days! We're calling them again tomorrow, but are prepared to send the entire package again as when we called on Friday we were told there was a possibility it could have gone missing. The woman said it was rare, but it does happen. I hope this is not the case for you and that your application is a-ok PS: You should DEFINITELY call them asap.

Yes you should call CSC ASAP to know the status of your papers but i am hoping your paper is there ok. Keep posted pls , ill keep mine posted too...

I am so sorry to hear that, hope you kept copies of everything so it is just a matter of refilling in the forms,

Thanks Shaz! Yeah I'm over it now. I'm just getting on with our new application. Luckily we had 2 copies of the package. I just needed to re-fill in the forms with the more recent dates. I do hope that it's smooth sailing from here though *sigh*

Does your fiancee need to resend again the original sheets like G-325A since it needs to be sign again?Or you will just send the photocopy? I am worried because maybe our papers lost too.

I had to send him all my stuff again and sign it and date it again. Lucky I had two copies of the evidence etc. I really hope yours is okay. Did you call them?

I do feel for you, you get all geared up and it falls apart at the first hurdle....................

I'm always confused about that NOA1 item in the time line. Do you all put the date that you actually receive it in the mail there?

I put the date that USCIS put ON the NOA1 as having received the packet. That seems like the most relevant piece of information. In reality, I was out of the country when the NOA1 was received and have no idea what day that was.
