Hi it is me again, after our divorce I have only the following documents with me lile:

Tax return only 2007

Credit cards like MC, American Express, and Discover,

SSN no.

Driver's License

Marriage Certificate

Holiday's card that was sent by a family member.

Copy of Deed of sale of our house in Philippines

My name is not on his house yet here in America and even on his utility bills or water bills and I am not sure he is going to put my name their anymore since now that we are having a divorce.

But the house in Philippines was in my name and him I have a big part of it because foreigner cannot own anything in Philippines and the light bill and the water bill there is on my name in my married name with him, Can I use it to prove that we marry in good faith even if my name is not on his house, utility bills or water bills in America? hope anybody can help.

You need to be prepared to show that you did indeed have a marriage at the time your applied for your original green card and then show that you are capable of caring for yourself. Property in another country does not have any affect on this application. Divorces are just something that happens, so plan on explaining it in a manner that makes it seem you originally married with the intent of a long term relationship but that conditions changed after.
