dude I was reading your posts and always felt bad for you that VSC was taking so long to approve your application. I believe you are one of the longest waiting at VJ for approval. So it's about time. I'm really happy for you. Congrats!

I really hope so.. the lawyers will submit the federal complaint (lawsuit) this week.. and hopefully within 60 days I will get a good answer..

I am happy for you =) yay.. now at least you will only have to wait about 3-4 more months before her interview.. then you guys can be together really soon.. I still pray everyday for our approval... to tell you the truth, I am beginning to lose hope.. but ultimately I will not get a divorce.. I would rather move back to China and live with her.. we can start a family over there and have a good one just like here..

The amazingly nice and competent woman I spoke to on the phone said they usually hold the I129F before forwarding them to the consulate.
