Awhile ago, I thought I saw a post that included a phone number to call to check on your interview date (prior to receiving anything in the mail.) I believe the number was 202-663-12226 (press 1, then 0).

1) do i have the correct number?

2) when i called that number, all they told me was that montreal sent us packet three in march; they had no record of receiving our completed packet 3 (mailed to them on april 2.)

3) the woman on the phone told me to call Montreal. of course, Montreal doesn't answer phone calls and their e-mails say that they sent us packet three but Montreal cannot confirm receipt of documents sent to them.

any suggestions / numbers to call?

thanks,

~mike & anna

Keep e-mailing them --- they are not that efficient , I know.

Did you send the package through XPress Post? If so, get your tracking # from Canada Post and let them know when did it arrive. If your sent it through regular mail it's kind of bad, because no one can tell you whether they got it. Also, MTL does not issue receipts.

Keep trying to contact them - if it turns out they don't have your stuff for whatever reason, send it all again ASAP; this time using XPress post.
