Hey there everybody,

My husband and I will be submitting our I-130 within a week or two. Unfortunately, there's been some illness in my family and I may have to go home for 10 days or so.

Will my going home before our interview jeporadize his visa? :(

Moved to Turkey: 8/18/04

Got married: 11/21/06

Sent I-130: 7/24/08

Appointment letter: 8/11/08

Interview date: 8/20/08

Visa approval: 08/20/08 - THANK YOU JESUS THANKYOU!!!!!

Visa in hand: ????????????????????? Soon we hope!

Total 27 days from I-130 to visa approval

A 10 day visit, whether for family emergency or holiday, does not change your current residency.... Go and take care of your family.
