A question about the addresses I'm listing on the I-129f, which I plan to file for my Moroccan fiance later this week:

They won't think we're being tricky if we claim (truthfully) to be living together at the same address, but list other addresses at which we'd prefer to receive mail?

I'll be living in Morocco until December but am sending my I-129f to my sister in the US, and asking her to forward it, later this week (as per the advice of a friend; sometimes mail in Morocco is slow). I'll list her address as mine, but I just want to make sure that the USCIS won't see a conflict with the fact that I'm providing documentation for the fact that I'll be in Morocco until the end of this year.

In addition, the address I'm listing for my fiance is the address of his family in another city, since this is the most reliable address, he still receives important mail there, and he'll have to travel home anyway to get his documents together for his Visa interview at the US Embassy.

I just want to make sure that it's ok for us to use the fact that we live together as proof of our relationship, and provide documentation of the fact that we live at the same address, while still recieving mail at other addresses--in his case, an address in another city, and in mine, an address in another county.

Thanks again in advance.

It's ok but I'd just mention in the cover letter that neither of you is currently staying at your permanent address to which you are requesting mail be sent. Do list your actual US address and his actual address on the G325a forms though. You're just on an extended trip.
