I've been wondering about that. My "evidence" was sent with my original I-129F packet, although I still have originals of everything. So shouldn't the embassy already have this information?

She will need to take some letters/photos, etc. (proof of ongoing relationship) and your I-134 with her to the interview. I also typed up some fresh "letters of intent to marry" and she took those as well. They're not required, but it's written proof that you actually intend to get married.

for the K-1 process, the petitioner certainly doesn't get a copy of any invitation letter from the Embassy.

They get something like an appointment slip in their packet. It's basically just a confirmation of the date/time of their interview. They don't have to show this to the guard to get entry because they're on "the list" already. However, they do get some kind of paper "invitation" or "appt. slip" or something like that in the packet.

If they don't get one (or don't get a packet) it's really not a big deal because they're on "the list."

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"

I believe what you are saying is that the beneficiary gets the appointment slip in the packet. I agree with that. What I'm saying is that the petitioner gets nothing fromt the embassy. That was one of the OP's original questions.

Whoops on my part. Should've read a little more closely. Don is correct.

Once you get the NOA I and NOA II, then the NVC confirmation that it's been shipped on to Moscow, I don't think you get squat after that as the focus shifts to the beneficiary at that point. You can check the status on the USCIS website but you don't get anything else in the mail.
