How long does it take for Delbros verification

Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are filing a DCF in Hong Kong. She if from the Philippines so we are required to use Delbros. From what I can tell on other posts, Delbros is used to deliver the visas in the Philippines. In Hong Kong, it appears we only use Delbros for verification? Is this right? We paid the fee and sent the text on May 27. We received the text reply from Delbros that day. We mailed the receipt and other documents required by the US Consulate in Hong Kong on May 30. They received on June 4.

My understanding is it normally takes 6 weeks to get the verification back from Delbros. Is that correct? Is there any way to check the process of the verification (it seems like they can only give the status of the visa--this is not helpful in our case)? My understanding from the Consulate is they are just waiting for the Delbros verification. After receipt of this, they will schedule our interview and my wife will have to get her medical exam before the interview.

If anyone else has done this from Hong Kong, please drop a post with how long it took to receive your information back from Delbros or any advice on the Hong Kong DCF.
