NOA1 for AOS but no EAD or AP NOA1?

Hello everyone.

I received my NOA1 in the mail for AOS dated June 24. I have not received the NOA1 for the EAD or AP. Yesterday, I received the biometrics letter for both AOS and EAD and put in my receipt number for the EAD and uscis.gov said that a notice was sent out on June 24 (the same date as the AOS). Should I be concerned? Has this happened to others? I am happy to have our appointment, but should I worry that I have no NOA1 for both the EAD or AP?

Yes, this has happened to several of us. After 30 days have passed you can call the USCIS hotline. I was told that the I-797cs were mailed out and were not returned. The 2nd level support lady told me the USCIS would not send out the notices again unless they were returned by the USPS. I explained that the I-797cs may be neccesary if we have an interview. Hopefully, your results will be better.

You can enter the receipt numbers into CRIS when you get the biometrics letter.
