Hello all,

I have a few questions I hope you guys can help me with.

I am within my 90 day window to remove conditions and I want to file the papers this week. My wife and I separated at the end of march because it didn't work out with us, but she wants me to stay in the country and she is willing to file the papers jointly.

I read in the instructions that you have to file also a lease agreement that shows that you are living together. This lease agreement is the only thing I can't provide. We have a joint bank account, she is on my medical insurance, she is beneficiary of my live insurance, I co-signed for her car as she did for mine, I think I am also on the contract for the cell phones, I am on some of the credit cards and I am on the lease agreement for the house that we had till the end of march and I am on the tax return.

I have also people that can testify in the affidavit that the marriage was bona fide and who can testify that the only reason why I came over was my wife.

There are no divorce papers filed and I don't know if and when we are going to file them.

I have no problem going back and if I will be asked to leave the country I would do it after using the right to appeal the decision. I would like to stay here to be close to her. Even it didn't work out together we are still best friends.

Which main obstacles do you guys see and what can I do to keep the process of removing of conditions short without ending up in removal procedures.

Thanks in advance.

No obstacles. Make sure you file an AR-11 or an I-865, whichever applies, to indicate where each of you are currently living.

I filed my AR-11 within the given time frame. I don't know if she did the I-865.

What is weird?

When you have your appointment just tell the truth about your living arrangements.
