i m worried now about co sponsore no one want to help my wife there in mankato they not undertand what mean the co sponsor they worried if they will pay something or they will have problem and she tryed much to give them good idea but no one want to undersand or no one want to help us

but she paid her tax for last 3 years but she was not have good income in 3 years

so what she must do ??? or someone have idea to help us ??

The income requirements are quite low. Did she not a "good" income or "no" income? If she had some income, you should probably look at the tables to make sure she doesn't meet the requirements. Does she have any assets she can use to meet the difference between her income and the poverty level (own a home, have investments).

The reality is co-sponsorship IS a big responsibility. There is a documented case of the immigrant suing their sponsor for a sizable amount of money. Maybe you would never do this, but they unfortunately probably don't know you very well. Do you have a relative living in the United States that you could ask to sponsor you?

I am the USC and my mom & dad were Ali's co-sponser. She has no family that could do it ?

Reunited and it feels so good ....

NOA #1 - March 23rd, 2004

Interview- May 18th, 2006 (Success !)

Arrived in the US - May 27, 2006 (our IR-1 visa journey was 2 years and 2 months long)

Wedding - June 17th, 2006

It's a Girl ! Baby Hana's expected due date - March 30th, 2007
