Ok if you need sponcer where cn you look up what is reQuired of them and what USCIS looks at in there record..... or do they look at there background?? please tel me more or where i can look this up

I'm assuming you mean a co-sponsor. If you are using a co-sponsor, you will need to have all of the same info for them as you would for yourself. For example....tax returns, letter from employer, paystubs, etc. They don't look into their background, although they need to fill out the same form that you did as a sponsor and answer the same questions.....household size, have they ever sponsored anyone else, etc. You can find some more information on this page:
