Do i have to fillout a I-129F or can i just fill out a I-130? i have already receive my receipt number for my I-130 i'm just wondering if i really need it?

If your going for CR1, then no. If you are going for K3, then yes you need to file the I-129F.

It will no cost you anything to file for the I-129 since you already have filled for the I-130... Both can be actually processed at the same time as recently things have shown that USCIS specially vermont office is trying hard to do that... But you can have either petition approved before the other... CR-1 or K3 will both end up in the same results at the end.... Why not go both ways just in case??? I did both and my I-129 was filled a year after I filled the I-130 and still the I-129 is being adjuticated first... I dont care which is approved as long as I can reunite my family...
