I'm here! Friday I did nothing all day and then we went to In-n-Out Burger and to the movies to watch Zohan. It was ok, several people walked out of the movie and to be honest, the only parts we laughed out were the ones that were in arabic. Yesterday I went shopping to find an outfit to wear to my baby shower. I found two. I'll return one after the shower.

Now I just need to find some pj's, a robe, slippers, and a nursing bra for my hospital bag. I can't find anything I like. I have'nt bought a pair of pajama's for any part of my pregnancy and I don't really care for them. I usually just sleep in a tank top and my pre pregnancy yoga pants. Today I'm gonna go to Gymboree to get some stuff for Taleen :star:

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

i went to the mosque for the first time. amazing experience. every muslim/muslima should go at least once.

Cool! Tell me more about it...I've never been to a mosque. What did ya wear? What did ya do? Did you meet new sisters? You going again?

It was really nothing like I imagined. It only lasted like 30 minutes. I wore a long sleeved shirt and hijab (of course) and a pair of loose fitting jeans. There were 2 different areas for the women to pray and we got to go upstairs. It was packed and that was really cool.

We listened to the Imam speak and then followed in suit. It was wonderful to watch the whole room stand up and pray together. The best feeling though, was when we bent over with oru hands on our knees and the whole room did it in unison. It was just surreal for me. The feeling almost made me cry. Seeing everyone do sujood in unison was equally as beautiful. I would definitely like to go again sometime ensha'allah.

Yeah, I'd like to come. Whend oes it start?

i went to the mosque for the first time. amazing experience. every muslim/muslima should go at least once.

That is actually where I am going tonight is the mosque. One of the muslim couple's had a baby boy so they slaughtered a sheep and will cook it and some food up to give as a thanks for their blessing. I think it is really nice.

Thats funny it reminds me of when we went to see Borat. I didnt really think it was THAT funny but what was funny is the stuff Borat was saying when you thought he was speaking (whatever the language is called in kazakhstan) he was really speaking hebrew! was funny.....
