I think that was me when I found out the NVC lost my affadavit of support even though they cashed the fee check! The NVC told me 6 months after the fact!!!

Maybe. I can't find anything debunking it though. As a former Cleveland resident I can tell you that it is indeed Cleveland and the cops are driving a real cop car. Nothing to say that he didn't intentionally get arrested though.
