no issue..i always use the sink

I had to pee in a sink once and when I bent over to pull up my pants I smacked my head on the bathtub and I had a massive knot on my head for like a month.

Maybe people should just keep the lid down and everyone will lift up whatever it is they need to be lifted

I've always lived with pets, so toilet lids have always been down... and to see a lid up in someone's house just looks strange to me. Why would I want to have to see into the toilet everytime I pass the bathroom? Hubster got use to having lid down at all times and he doesn't seem the least bit bothered.

well the way I look at it...I don't worry too much about touching toilet seats because there is probably worse on the door handles...and don't get me started on ATM's

Indeed. Grocery carts are suppose to be pretty dang nasty too.

I think if the stalls were completely enclosed (no lookie over the top, underneath, or gap around the door) unisex bathrooms would be fine. I dunno.

They should get rid of cubicles entirely and just have holes in the floor, with two sticks like ski-poles to grip hold of.

Yeah it would be strangely humiliating... Especially if the output were particularly messy, noisy or required some "effort".
