April 08 CSC filers

So I checked my status and it is still on pending as usual on USCIS web site but here we come.....

OMGGGGG!! My bf just called me and asked me to see something on the cam and he got our NOA2 hard copy on hand and it was dated 23 Jul 2008!!!

I just can't believe it! I'm soooo shocked right now and shaking!

Apr filer we're really in the process now!! Please keep all the hopes up and they're probably sending you guys hard copy too! CHECK THE MAIL BOX!

We are coming out from the tunnel to reach the light now everyone!!!!!

YESSSSS!! here we go guys!!! I knew it had to be soon! It's so unbelievably exciting for me to see an NOA2 with a date with 4/1/08 (APRIL)!!!!!!!!

HUGE CONGRATS to those who just got their approval! I wish a speedy journey for the rest of your process!! Keep us updated

We are all so close now! In three days I will be in my fiance's arms in Australia, I can only pray that when we recieve the NOA2, it will be when we are together so we can celebrate!!!

Wow! Seems CSC is really catching up to Vermont these days. We sent our petition to Vermont on 4/15 / noa1 4/23... and we're still waiting.

I've been here for some time now and the disparity between the two centers has always bothered me...so much so I wrote my reps. It's wonderful seeing CSC process applications at the same pace... even if it means we've been waiting longer. congratulations to you all.

Aww Kim, VSC might be busy with some other visas before but it should be ur turn very soon. I believe VSC will go back to their normal process time now. They might have send you a hard copy without update ur status online. I'm hoping you can get it before next week. Btw, I dunno why my timeline seems wrong as I see my I-129F date on K1 plus I-130 and I can't find myself in K1 too... its werid...

Congratulations!!!! I myself can't believe it now, it's less than 4 months from NOA1, right?

Our NOA1 is April 19, oohhhhh myyyy!!! :dance:

Oh yes I really dunno why maybe they saw our ferrets are too cute in the pic and dun wanna separate us? Or they just simply dun wanna go through our file anymoe after do the check up with our RFE response so they just give us an approval? hehehe either way I'm satisfied and feeling amazing. I didn't expect it is that fast so now I"m panic for my next step. Hopefully I will be ready when I have my package 3!!

Thanks Heather! Awww thats so sweet u guys are gonna be together for vacation during the waiting time! My bf was planning to get his ticket to come over this month but now we're thinking if we should wait til I got an interview so we can go together. I dunno if NVC have received my file or not yet but I will check next week. From what I heard from some friends they said the US embassy in HK goes through the rest of the process very fast so yea I'm looking forward to it!!

Thank you sweetheart, that's very kind. We're really hoping for Monday.

It's hard to know what's going on because this is the first full year that these are the only centers processing the K1's and under a new director at that. Hopefully, they're just evening out the time it takes at both. That, I would be ok with.

I've never seen a VSC'er not get updated online when they were approved...however, it's been very common over the last year with CSC. What a tease! At least you got it!

Again, i'm delighted to see CSC moving along! The more happy people in love that can be together quicker... the better!

It should be ur turn soon. My NOA1 was 10 Apr but I have got an approval too. I still can't believe it was a NOA2 so I did triple check with my bf and see if it's not a RFE or maybe some other documents hehehe. We are so lucky it seems CSC is doing a very speedy job. Hang in there!!

So today I lost USD500 bucks for bodycheck as I'm scared I may fail my medical since I didn't have one for a very long time. But it's still good to have everything done before going to US as we won't have any insurance for the first year. So everyone better check up ur body, visit ur dentist before you go to USA. I'm planning to visit for my teeth next week so I can smile in my wedding pics later hehe...

Please come on forum more often even got an approval and the rest of Apr filer keep us updated your status, hang in there guys!!!

Glo, is Igor's list accurate? I noticed that the dates are not arranged. I'm a little confuse about the date arrangement.

I would say it is accurate based on updated timelines of each member, that covers only the VJ community. With the dates, you got to see the NOA2 (approval) and that's arranged accordingly, its corresponding NOA1 will serve as a guide on how far CSC or VSC is going on with the approvals. On the waiting lists, you will find long time filers still pending and that's either they are not approved yet or they didn't update their timelines. As each member gets approved and updates their timelines, you move forward on the list. This is as far as what I understand.
