So I received Pck 3 in hand today, only after I noticed a week earlier that i wrote down the wrong postal code for myself... DUH!!! But Im so excited to see everyone moving forward towards that interview date, keep us all posted. I should receive an interview date here very shortly. fingers crossed..

Good luck and congrats to those that have taken another step forward in the last little while!!

May I ask what's inside a Packet 3? I'm also about to receive mine maybe next week. I was just thinking that while waiting that maybe I could just start ahead of time so I won't be rushing by then.

It would be nice that way... :help::)

Angel,

All Embassies are different-if you go to "Embassy Info" in the blue link, look up Philippines, and it gives you some basic embassy info. Here is the link to that page:

On that page, it also gives you a link to the embassy website...so maybe there they will be more detailed on what they may need.

what other evidence do they want?!..i sent our pictures..our emails and textmsgs..

I'm hoping mine is on it's way to the NVC. I haven't called yet. Did you call them to see when it got there? How do you check the status of that?

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Do not panic over the RFE :unsure: , They will send and ask what is needed. Maybe phone records or more letters between you two. The good thing is they are reviewing your file and only wish more information. When you find out what they need make sure you send it with your WAC number registered mail ASAP and you should hear something from them in return very soon after they receive :thumbs:

I'm hoping mine is on it's way to the NVC. I haven't called yet. Did you call them to see when it got there? How do you check the status of that?

I called the NVC number a few times (603 334 0700) 1st time they hadnt received it yet and then 2nd time they had..when i called 3rd time they said it had been sent out day before. Did the DHL tracking and have been tracking its journey ever since :lol:

When you get thru to the NVC press 1 and then 5..just need your reciept number and both of your full names and Date of birth and theyll be able to tell you

It's strange that they will not send me Packet 3 anymore. Maybe it's because i called them because they were able to send my packet 3. But the lady ssaid i won' tbe needing that anymore. I just need to download some documents in the website.

Well as far as i know USE-Phils dont have packets to send out...Go to US website and download DS forms.

And pay your delbros right away to avoid delays of your visa.
