I got touched today! I just checked - it's almost midnight and I was sure I checked a couple of hours ago and nothing had changed...Holy ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heart just jumped out of my chest!

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Hello everyone !!!

I could not find a thread for CSC April 08 filers and thought I would start one. I had found for March/April, but it was confusing for me to read through all the posts :blink:

My beautiful fiancee Oksana, resides in Tashkent Uzbekistan and we filed 4/04/08 and our last touch was 04/09/08.

I know that it is now a waiting game and I am a very patient man :whistle: As for Oksana she is a little impatient with the process, but is coming around and is getting a much better idea about the process from reading much at this site.

I hope that the pace of the NOA2's being approved picks up very soon so that we can breath normal again and begin our wonderful life together.

I wish all April 08 filers the best of luck and Gods speed :thumbs:

Hi guys!

I sent my packet 3 Sept 1, 2008 and havent receive my packet 4 as of today. Its been over a month after we got approved but no interview date yet. My fiance' emailed the USE-Hongkong and they said its still undergoing administrative processing...They will send my packet 4 the moment their done.

Im worried now. Took them awhile to send my packet 3 and now we have to wait for this again. Sorry guys...just frustrated!!

Aww I thought I could hear anything new from you today!! Why it takes so long?!! What administrative processing they're doing? Grrr I didn't know Hong Kong Embassy is that troublesome! I hope you can get your package 4 soon. Good thing is you dun need to book your appointment by yourself anymore when they have everything setup for you. I'm looking forward to hearing some good news from you for the coming week.

Now please calm down and relax abit for the weekend. I just got home from work (Yes I work on SATURDAY TIL 6PM!!!) I'm so tired and I just want to lay down but I need to tidy up my apartment before my bf comes here!!!!!
