guys...........I cant believe im writing this but WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally i can use this little guy

I was getting so stressed with it all so yesterday i didnt check online, i didnt even goon my laptop.....i just went to work and when i got home at night i read a book and went to sleep. I was so sure that we wouldnt get it any time soon that i was going to book a flight o see him for ten days next week!! When i decided today to check my emails and sure enough CASE APPROVED!!

I was so sure that we were going to get an RFE!!

Thank you to all who listened to my moans and groans....I got bad a few times i know!!!!

Whatever they say they are DEF onto april and May so you guys are nearly there. Good luck and thank you again !!!!!!

Sooooo... I called the embassy today, just because I'm so curious and couldn't wait for packet 3 to arrive, and the lady explained to me that now they're scheduling interviews before sending packet 3, and I just take all the documents with me for the interview. She said they've mailed me instructions and stuf and I should get it soon. And my interview is scheduled for October 14th!!!!!! I'ts earlier than I expected!! I'm so happy!! And so freaking out, lol! So much to do in so little time!! Good thing I had made an appointment for the medical for next monday. Now all the documents and formas and proof that i need to fill out/print/organize/etc... :blink:

Congratulations Beta and the best of luck on your interview :thumbs::dance::dance::dance::dance:

My beautiful Oksana has her Interview on 25th of September and I know she will do very well :thumbs:

When she receives her visa, she will arrive home around the 10th of October (L):dance:

We should see many more NAO2 approvals and I wish everyone the best of luck in this journey :D

For those who have been approved, the time goes quickly from Embassy to interview and we should see many in the next 2 months :yes:

Have you decided on a wedding day yet? Will you do the courthouse or a whole ceremony/church thing? A Christmas themed wedding would be really nice!! What state will you be living in?

Beta: That is so exciting! You calling the embassy gave me the idea to e-mail the Sydney embassy and see if there is any progress (we had requested the opening of a provisional file so we could send our information right away so they could give us an interview date.)

RobertJay: Good luck to Oksana on her interview! Can you believe you are so close to starting a new life together? I'm so happy to see us April filers on the fast track!

So last Monday, I did it: I bit the bullet and bought a wedding dress. I am praying that December 7 is the day, but until we know an interview date we still have to wait. Here is a little picture of it:

It was perfect the minute I saw it on the website, and when I tried it on I knew it was the one for me! Now I just can't wait to walk down the aisle in it!

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Aww your wedding dress is soooo pretty!! I know December 7 is gonna be you guys big day!!! Do you need to book your appointment yourself or wait for the embassy to arrange for ya? Anyway keep us updated!

Anyway I'm so happy to see everyone are getting close to be their loved ones. My fiance is coming here 2 days later (Our 14th!!) and my interview according to my time zone is gonna be 4 days later! !!!
