WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

I told myself after I checked my regular mail that I wouldn't check the USCIS website until after 5pm, when the office closed for the day. I lasted until 4:30 ha ha!

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On August 27, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

When I clicked on the reciept number and saw that we were approved, I seriously screamed (and then realized that with my stomach flu, screaming really hurt my tummy!) I called and left a message for my fiance, and I started to sob! Glo, now I know how you felt! It's like this big wave of stress is gone (for now)!

Jeffcloe, you are next! I FEEL IT!!!!

Let's keep on updating this thread with news! I want to know how the next leg goes on everyone's journey!!

can anyone tell me the number to call CSC or will i just get an asnswer phone? thanks guys

It's 1-800-375-5283

I have only called it to check the automated case status, but I think if you follow the prompts you can speak to someone...I hope!

I can't believe I am typing this!!!!! I was for sure ours wouldn't come soon but..... everyone ready????

I still think I am dreaming! If I feel this good now, I can't wait to hear good news about the visa!! :D

It will come, I promise :thumbs:

I remember when I was in Australia is when that giant wave of April approvals and touches just started coming in. I knew we were next!!!

...then nothing. It broke my heart (read earlier posts lol, I was bummed out!)

If you read a lot of our stories it really does come when least expected. Glo got her hard copy a week after it was actually approved, and that's how she found out because it didn't show up on the website for some reason. Keep your head up, we are all here waiting with you! (L)

Yea like Heather said it's your turn you should able to receive your approval any time now. Lots of ppl dun get any touch at all before the approval. Please hang in there yours is coming!! :star: and yes my status is still showing our petition is pending on the website LOL~

You can start to work on what you need to file after you got the NOA2 cuz everything is gonna be way more faster than this painful NOA waiting period. Stay positive and I'm fingers crossed for you!!

:help: I'm thankful that they created this website. I'm trying my best to keep my hope up and my fingers crossed. Sometimes I end up arguing with my fiance because of my impatience and I'm sad that it sometimes affected us.

I'm not so familiar with the terms and abbreviations yet... It would be very nice of you guys if I could get some ideas from you. Like for example... what is the meaning of Touched and RFE?

Hello April filers !!!

Very happy to see so many approvals since I started this thread & congratulations to all :dance:

For those not approved yet, hang in there your time is coming with out a doubt :thumbs:

Our documents left NVC this week and is on its way to the Tashkent Consulate and I hope that my beloved Oksana will receive her packet in the mail in the next 2 weeks. We are already prepared with her needed paperwork and my I-134 and all documentation is ready for her interview & medical :yes:

If all goes well and I am confident it will. We should be together by mid October :wow::dance:

Always know in your heart & soul, that true love is worth waiting for and your time apart, you have a lifetime to make it up :star:
