Jeffcloe: Sis, CSC's moving again...we can't say it's fast but your dates are near  ..Guess I really have to wait for you and have the interview on same date, how about that?

ooopppsss, gaining? give me those extra lbs pls...am undernourished, sorry underweight

Hi sis, thankkkksssss! Silly  I will be the one who will have to make things fast so I can get same interview schedule with you haha! But I'm really touched sis with what you've said and also I am so overwhelmed with all the encouragements I am getting here from everybody! Thankssssss! My fiance` Jeff told me we will get it on the 27TH and Glo here is sensing it already... Now it makes me excited...

Yes Glo is worried about her gaining weight, I am about to suggest maybe she can share some to us... If it is just that easy so she will not worry that much...

For everyone else on this thread who's still waiting, hang in there, this might be our lucky week!

Good Luck...

For we walk by faith, not by sight.

if it's any consolation at all to you, i've not seen people getting rfe's for not submitting all 4 pages of the G325 in the past year.

Rumor has it that only one page is needed now anyway so perhaps that's why. Of course, it's still always best to follow the directions as they are but hopefully you're not going to see an RFE. :)

:bonk: you did not send 4 forms? Then how many of them did you send? I don't know much what will happen but let's keep positive, and if ever you will get RFE just comply promptly... Best of luck! (hoping you wont get RFE)...

Ahh thanks, thats makes me feel better! I hope this weeks our week.....

Well one site told us that we only needed one each (this was before we found visa journey obviuosly haha) so we just sent one form each. Nothing we can do about it now other then sit and wait. We're preapred and if we do get one, its not the end of the worls...just a setback... i hope its ok though

OK, time to add my good news. I filed my I-129F on April 11 at CSC, it was approved August 11, and as of August 20, the NVC sent a letter stating the petition will be forwarded within a week. Woo hoo!

:dance::dance: :dance: :dance:

That's great!

I was beginning to think CSC had taken the rest of the month off! Congratulations!

That has me thinking. I wonder how long an RFE prolongs the approval process. I guess I could go to the spreadsheet and figure it out, but that feels too much like work to me.

Like the approvals, it depends on the adjuticator. As stated by a former adjuticator, RFEs are put into a stack of their own as they await the new information. The adjuticator said he made it a habit to work on those first thing every morning. Obviously, some still do just that because many people are approved within a week or two of sending the information back in. However, like every other transparent thing about this process, it seems some adjuticators perhaps work on them at their own leisure and some folks have to wait much longer. It's a ####### shoot... like everything else here. :(

Hi all,

I am looking for some answers about a co-sponser... I read somewhere that the I 134 is a non-binding support affidavit... does anyone know about this? does it mean the person who submits it is NOT legally bound to be supportive? (obviously I am talking about a co-sponser NOT the finace, who of course will submit one too). I am going through my list of people for co sponsers and am to one of them who I am a little nervous to talk to, so I want to have ALL my information accurate before I meet with her. I have read tons about it but I am not sure about this. I have also heard that the embassy in Madrid does not even take the information for a co-sponser, in that case, how will my fiance get a visa as I do not make the income required?

ok, so I am starting to get EXTREMELY nervous waiting for the NOA2 and just want to get everything in place so hopefully the rest of the process goes smoothly and quickly! Is everyone else hanging in there? Except those who got NOA2's to which I say a fervent CONGRATULATIONS

Hi there.. How are you? I have been wanting to give a relevant answer but I don't much about co-sponsor, I asked few friends I've known here on VJ so maybe in the following days you will get an answer... Hoping everything will turn out good for the both of you!

Hi everybody!

Got home from Australia last week :crying: missing my fiance already, but he keeps telling me this is the end of the road before we are together again

This standstill at CSC is killing me! Every day, I think, "today is IT. I am going to get my mail and it's going to be there!" and it's not. I think I am spoiled because I really didn't think we would be approved until the first week of October, and now that some April filers are being approved now, I'm going, "alright! It's my turn!". UGH. I'm going to start hoping for October 1 again!!! :star:

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm losing so much patience with this waiting... My anxiety level now is too high! CSC kind of sucks really! I just couldn't understand that some CS filers already been approved 2 weeks ago that are closer to my date. But it seemed they have a weird system that i just don't really understand. Are they processing our papers randomly?

My fiance called few days ago and they said that they will not process any papers this week because it's the "DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION" whatsoever that is. Then they said that they're releasing April 14-18. Argghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... I hate this feeling. It's been 4 months already! I'm just too frustrated right now to feel any happiness while waiting for my NOA2. I just feel like i want to blow up CSC right now. If only I could do that... I hate having so much anxiety... It's a very strong emotion that can ruin anything easily. My mood is just swinging so fast these days that I ended up arguing with my fiance with all this. CSC is just one lousy slow poke center!

I'm sorry guys but I just need to release my anxiety. My sleeping pattern is crazy and my mood is terrible.

Im thinkin im going we're going to get an RFE because we didnt send all 4 forms of the biographical forms..hmm I hope not but at the mment any news would be good!! Im making all my friends and family wish really really hard that this week we get our approval...if i dont ill blame them hahah

Well if you check my timeline I got my RFE 2 months after my NOA1. Honestly I rather to receive RFE than nothing as at least you know they're working on your paper. And for most of the case, they will approve you within half month after they got your RFE's response. Either way I hope you can get some news from your case soon.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm losing so much patience with this waiting... My anxiety level now is too high! CSC kind of sucks really! They told you bf that they're releasing Apr 14-18th? At least they told you the truth but not telling u some BSs like please check up our processing time on our web site etc etc! In fact for the approval speed it really depends on which adjuticator got your file. Some are fast some are abit slow. But eventually it will be your turn. I know it is very tough to wait for that long especially seeing someone who filed later than yours. However you have gone through most of the waiting process and ur approval should be right to the corner. It's good that you can vent it out so you can feel better. You know we're all here to help you go through this process. Please hang in there hun!

I'm seroius and I've messaged you!!

I'm glad we have VJ as we can share how we feel and support each other to go through this process. Maybe we never meet in person before but I really hope to see all of us being married and still keep in touch and chit chat our lives. Everyone I know this is very tough to wait but please hang in there. I'm praying for all of you guys best of luck for this process. I'm looking forward to seeing good news from u soon.

Fingers crossed for everyone and gives all of my luck to my vj fellers!

Cheers,

Glo

Your welcome. Thanks too! Big thanks :)

I can't wait the day I will shout to the world that we are approve haha! Of course you will be one of the first few people who will know of it. I just can't wait and every day me and fiance` is looking on the brighter side of this waiting game...

Glo my fiance` is in Michigan now and we will settle there for sure, how about you?

:) Cloe

Btw sis I'm going to a desert state duh la---Arizona!!! I'm sure I will be alot thinner once I get there. Our wedding will be held in Seattle cuz I dun want my makeup melt down (I want an outdoor wedding) before I say "I do!" or I can just wear a swim suit! I'm sure my fiance will love this idea so we can save up alot of money on gowns etc (in our culture we will more than one gowns for the wedding party).... I'm trying to look for some nice places in Seattle. Any suggestion??
