:unsure: i filed in july and i request an expedite and nothing yet

Thanks for the response. I was asking because 95% of the time lines posted on this site show the NOA2 being received 60 days after the NOA1 received, so my wife has been concerned that there might be a problem and i am just trying to get some feedback for her to calm her fears.

Congrats elyandmichael!!! I am always so happy to hear when people get good news. It gives me hope that this process will one day end. Please keep me posted on how it goes as we are both from Peru and will have to get all those documents.

2008-08-13: NOA2 I-130 - APPROVED

2008-09-02: resend DS 3032, got auto response

Hello VJ family, today we are so happy!!! NOA-2 Approved today Thank you Lord soooooo much! we had gotton to the 6 month + time frame so i called my Congressman early in the morning and the lady told me she would contact csc right away. Ang guess what that same night we recweived our NOA-2 email message. It does help to call your senator or Congressman so men if you Asawa insist on it DO IT! it can make all the difference. So excited about the NVC step wow didn't think we wold ever see this day! Sorry I am just so Excited and you bet Mona is more than me LOL. Good luck to all still waiting and keep the faith! We did!
