Hi Salamat,

i also received that checklist letter in the mail, which mentions that you need to send DS-230 the address was of Attn: DR. I think you have to send it Attn: DR. But double check with NVC..

If you received the one with CMR ..send that one back along with the IV package, but ours , we sent the one with DR( we changed DR to CMR with black ink) back with the IV package because that time we hadn't received the one with CMR yet.

Hi All!

I have received the Packet 3 for Applicant Visa Processing. I have found a discrepency / mismatch in Address. The Letter is asking to send the documents to the Zip code 03801-2909 where as the envelope which they have provide to send the documents written the zip code 03801-2901. Please let me know which one is correct? is this zip code has any significance? both addresses are attn: CMR.

Please reply early.

Thanks & Regards

I actually got a same kind of letter yesterday stating that ds230 is missing and address to send it is Attn: DR...I haven't sent in ds230 yet since i'm waiting for PCC and other documents from my husband....so I'm also confused whether I should use the cover letter printed off from online after my IV bill cleared (I paid online)...or the one they sent in yesetday's mail and mail it to DR.
