i am conditional residence green card my green card expired next year summer ..

now i have plan to go back to the philippines i would like to stay there for a bout 6months is there any problem with this. If ever we would file for remove of conditional green card.

need some suggestion

i don't see any problems of going home to PI as long as you don't exceed the timeline for GC holders. But if you do plan to extend more than that then I believe you have to apply for reentry permit.
