Aside from the 650 php for the DV and $131.00 for the Visa application am I missing anything as far as fees go ?

Im at the point where im starting to stress out and probably missing the finer details.

Hi there! The other fee you'll need to pay is the medical fee. You'll pay that during your medical appointment, to be paid in Philippine peso, cash.

After your interview if ur approved, you will be paying P250 for the visa delivery.

You need to pay the visa fee BEFORE you go to the embassy. Here's a link to the doc. explaining which bank you can pay it at.
