Hi there! The other fee you'll need to pay is the medical fee. You'll pay that during your medical appointment, to be paid in Philippine peso, cash.

So aside from the $131 fees at the USE is there anything else that needs to be paid there ?

After your interview if ur approved, you will be paying P250 for the visa delivery.

So aside from the $131 fees at the USE is there anything else that needs to be paid there ?

You need to pay the visa fee BEFORE you go to the embassy. Here's a link to the doc. explaining which bank you can pay it at.
