hi!! u know guys, namomoblema ako d2 sa delbros kasi i deposited 650 at the metrobank last june 25 then i followed the instructions already..yesterday i called at delbros to see whats going on with my documents, then the girl told me to inquire thru text only with this number 09176221949, and so i did....they replied to me and said, " TO FACILITATE THE PROCESS OF UR INQUIRY, KINDLY PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF DELBROS OFFICIAL RECIEPT.." ano to? wla naman akong official reciept from them..ano gagawin ko? feel ko eto lng ang magiging dahilan na ma delayed yong visa ko..yong sa inyo, panu nyo ginawa? nag inquire din ba kayo sa delbros kung okay na yong documents nyo?

pls help me...thanks...

Hi,I think yung tracking number is yung nasa deposit slip receipt from MetroBank.They told me also to text on that hotline but I'm not satisfied so I called Delbros June 17th and said like this: May I speak to Robbie please...?? Then yung girl na naka-answer ng phone connected me to Robbie and I talked to him,he just asked my case number and my name then I heard him typing from the computer then he told me,Ma'am your document verification request form is transmitted already to NSO last June 16th.I paid Document verification June 10th.

Btw,Before Robbie answered my question,he told me that they dont accept calls anymore and they just accept inquiries thru their hotline then sabi ko,I txt many times but no answer so then wala sya nagawa kundi i-check sa computer habang kausap ko sya.

You can text them,ask if they transmitted ur document verification request from to NSO and dont forget to include your full name and case number para mag-reply sila,ganun ginawa ko.Hope this help you.Good luck!

I made an inquiry today to the Delbros regarding the status of the delivery of my visa using their text hotline. I provided them my name, case number, date of payment for the document verification fee and interview date. I got a reply from the same number and I was informed that my case number is not yet released to DELBROS. It is still in process at the Embassy. I paid my doc verification last May 29 and had my interview last June 24.

Try to contact the Delbros using the same kind of info I used. I did not used anymore the tracking number in the official receipt.

did you get a white slip on your interview or pink slip? i got the same reply and we paid july 10th....i am really worried....

Try this to track the delivery of your visa. It worked for us. Just keep trying if Delbros is offline. Good luck.

I got pink slip. How about you? For as long as the Consulate Officer did not tell you that your visa application was denied or you were instructed to come for another interview appointment for submission of lacking documents, there is nothing to worry...Your visa will soon be delivered to you. Just be optimistic; everything will be fine.

we will be having our interview on july 16..everytime i text delbros..they gave me a reply that they haven't receive the request form from the embassy.....and we paid june 10th....

Just bring the official receipt which you received from the metrobank upon payment. The releasing window officer will ask the copy of the receipt on your interview day.

I had my interview June 18, 2008. I got pink slip and white paper. My visa was appoved yet pending due to document verification. I payed Delbros for document verification May 16 (1 month before interview), yet they have not verified my documents before my interview date. I am still waiting. Hope to hear from USEM soon. Just keep on praying guys. God bless us all.

I read that you already payed your document verification fee at Metrobank June 25th. "TO FACILITATE THE PROCESS OF UR INQUIRY, KINDLY PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF DELBROS OFFICIAL RECIEPT" this is not the right mesage that you must receive when paying document verification, this is for those who had their visa interview already. Text again the DELBROS regarding your payment.

Text the following information accurately in accordance with this format: send to -- (0917) 5555313

USE/Case No./Visa Applicant’s Full Name/Branch Name/

Date of Deposit/Time of Deposit/Amount Deposited

Ex: USE/MNL2008000000/Torres, Joan Marie/Davao City/May 16,2008/13:40PM/PHP650

After sending those info, you'll receive this message from DELBROS after 10-15 minutes:

Delbros has successfully received the information you sent! We will send you a text confirmation after we verify your payment. Thnak you.

Second message from DELBROS, maybe an hour after the 1st message:

This is to acknowledge the deposit you made. We confirm your payment to the document verification as required by the US embassy. Thank you.
