1.Im working on some of my wifes aos papers and social security forms. We havnt gone to the courthouse to get her name changed after we got married. Do we need to or is this automatic.

2. what do I put on the applications for middle name. They ask for hers and her parents but in the Philippines they keep the mothers maiden name then the fathers family name as a last name. Would the mothers maiden name be the middle name since they dont have middle names in the same way or should I leave "middle name" blank.

Pinays maiden name becomes her new middle name. Marriage certificate should read that way. Plus on the AOS application.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
