Hi everyone,..

Just want to inform you from my experience from my case,..so anyway I send to NVC both forms AOS and DS-230 and they reviewed them,and they send me RFE missing documents,.in my case I didn't meet poverty by myself so I had to use some help from my father and let him filled in form I-864A,and after that with his help I met poverty guidelines,so anyway when documents arrived to NVC everthing was fine except one thing,they send me RFE because they want my birth certificate(I am petitioner) as a proof for my father,they want proof relationship between me and father,..so if you have to deal with this kind of situation like me between co-sponsor,joint sponsor,household member,etc...keep on your mind that NVC might be send you a RFE and ask from you(if you didn't send with your completed forms and documents like me), proof of relationship between you and who ever be your co-sponsor,joint sponsor or household member. I have ready my birth certificate to send to NVC I am just waiting for that RFE letter and barcode cover sheet to send together along with my birth certificate.I didn't know that I need that with my forms,..I know now when I got RFE and I want you to know people what they want,.and I don't want you people to end up in situation like me just want you to be prepared before you send yours forms,...GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL AND FAST APPROVAL ON YOUR CASES,..GOD HELP US AND GOD BLESS US,.....
