removing I-94 and K-1

Once you have your greencard..can you take the K-1 and I-94 out of your passport?

Im not sure you would want to do this (maybe I 94 at some point) anyone else have any advice?

My husband still has his I-94 attached and he's had his GC for over a year now. I do think if it's taken out, one should hold on to it. Just MHO, I'm like that...I hold on to everything.

They should remove and keep the I-94 at the AOS interview but if they don't or there is no interview, you can take it out. Do not try to remove the visa from your passport. The visa is as dead as any entry or exit stamp but they stay in your passport as a record just the same.

I think you'd have to cut a hole page out of your passport to take the visa out. Definitely a bad idea. It might even invalidate the passport.
