I sent my application in to VSC on the 28th of june, my check is not cashed yet, anyone else around this time?

VSC received our cheque on the 28th June and it was cashed yesterday, due to the 4th July holidays yours might not be till next week as we are just ahead of you.

Thanks for you reply, yeah you are right, but i made a mistake in my posting, i sent it on the 26th of june (THURSDAY) and was delivered on the 28th of june (SATURDAY), i believe they won't work on it till monday, i'll be looking forward to next week, thanks, pls keep me posted when you recieve your NOA1 in the mail, and i"ll let u know mine as well, thanks again.

We have had some June filers get NOA1 in a week and some in three weeks. Unfortunately my fiancee and I are on three weeks and counting. There has definitely been a summer slow down, the average days between submission have gone from 10 to 12 in just two weeks. Feel free to watch our timeline, conceivably we are due and once we have ours you won't be too far behind. GOOD LUCK on your journey!!

I filed I-129F June 1st with VSC. I received NOA1 June 21. Hopefully everything else goes much faster for everyone!

I am June filer too: sent petition on June 2, NOA1 was assigned on June 6.

We received out NOA 1 yesterday, Saturday the 5th, so hopefully yours wont be far behind, let me know when you get it, we are all in the same boat together

We are June 12th filers, received on the 13th and absolutely nothing since. They haven't cashed our check or sent NOA1. I called last week but was told until four weeks USCIS won't listen. Lets hope everybody else here has better luck! My fiancee is more patient than I so she's keeping me calm, I'm lucky to have her for sooo many reasons.

Antonio and I sent away may 23 08 our k1 and VSC received it June 2nd 08 and we received our NOA1 June 6th 08. I wish us all the best of luck and support truly helps!

I looked on the uscis site and it says they are currently processing files as of dec 18th 07 but VJ sites say it shall take 101 days. Anyone have any input?

We are on the same boat! My fiance sent the petition last June 27 but until now we keep calling the bank and they said not encash yet and we didnt recieve NOA1 too. We have no idea on whats going on... But let us just keep our fingers cross ok. Dont lose faith. Evrything will be ok I hope.........

December 18 2007 is the oldest date they are currently working on - so if you sent have a NOA1 before that date, then they suggest you inquire about your file. That date has nothing to do with the VJ timeline estimate, which is around 100 days. That is the average time it takes to get an NOA1. Hope that makes sense.
