My fiance and I met in March 2007. He visited me again in October 2007, stayed here with me for 19 days. He filed the petition in December 2007. He was again with me last January 2008, stayed here for 17 days.

During my interview, the CO asked me when did we start dating, how many times he visited me and how long were each stay. Now we are waiting for the document verification. I hope the visa will be released soon.

My fiance and I met in May 2007, he visited me once at october 2007, at 21 october we got engaged, our The lawyer F1 JUST AT JAN 2008 and we are waiting for NOA2 almost 5 month now. We met in person just 1 time for 9 days only. He ca't visit me againe cuz of his work.

How you thing can we be denied of a fiancee' visa ?????

I think that my timeline shows more or less everything... Met online about two years ago, and we've been together ever since. He's coming to visit me in Rome on July 23, so he can spend his birthday (July 25) with me.

decided to date 26th august 2007 (day before he went to london and then home.

I went and stayed with him in late oct/nov 2007 for two weeks. and stayed with me in jan 2008 for two weeks. he proposed on his january trip. on our 5 month aniversary.

I went out again for two weeks in april to be with him and we put the papers together just before I left for home. he sent it in just after so we have a filing date of 1st of may.

we are still waiting for our noa2 and I'm not expecting it till after our 1st year anniversary this august.. short time line but we've met in person more than once and we have lots of evidence. I 'm sure they have seen it all before. theres proberbly a ranged of relationship lengths.
