Hi...everyone

We will have the interview on Jun 8 so now we have been preparing our paperworks but we are confused on 2-3 documents what they require.

1. Do we need to print and fill in the form I-864 again (what we already submitted) and give them at the interview. If so, is it required to be notorized?

2. Since we already submmited Vaccine supplimentary (what my wife got it 7 months ago from her country) so does she need to get the new update Medical exam (I-693) and vaccines again for the interview?

Thanks you guys.

If nothing has changed then you don't need to do another I864. But if your income has changed since the last I864 and the filing of the 2005 return makes a difference in your income level then do another one just in case. Definitely take the 2005 return to the interview. As far as the I693a is concerend - I didn't do it for our interview and were not asked for it - so its a matter of luck - you may or may not be asked for but some have been delayed because of not submitting it - if a few more months added doesn't make a differtence to you then you can take a chance and not worry about it - worst case you submit it when asked for (they may approve AOS pending submission of I693a - which is the vaccination suypplement, you do not need the medical anyway which is the full I693. Good Luck

1. the I-864 is so easy why not do it?

2. Your wife didn't get a vaccination supplement in her home country. She got a vaccination worksheet. You get the supplement here in the USA from a civil surgeon.

Sorry but I dont think the I864 is that easy dear. Its probably easy to complete (uhm maybe) but its not easy to find the last 3 years of taxes sometimes. It took us 3 weeks to get it done. Every damn possible co sponsor backed up because they said "they didnt feel like. Too scared". If it was sooo easy for you then....oh, lucky you

Thanks for your fast reply. I have a couple more questions.

Would they approve at the interview without the completed documents of Vaccine Supplement and a new I-864 Notorized form? or Do we need to come back for the 2nd interview or just send the documents over mail....if so, how long would that take?

Thanks

It'####### or miss really. People have had RFEs at the interview for the supplement and also for a new I-864. Other people were never asked for them at the interview. I say get them.
