WOOT huge congrats!!!

kiwiana thanks hun! I know I REALLY wish they would fix it! It is driving me mad!

Today just blew rabbit chunks. My comp went out and I mean WENT OUT..to fix it all would be 400 SO I said stick it got a modem for 300. YES It is better BUT kai is going to send me money to help me out to pay for the car..I HATE it today. Otherwise we do not talk till the 28th and that would BLOW

i really hope my sister can get lucky and someone hires her as I am taking care of her and the two kids and it is ROUGH..I cant even save right now because of it. I am SO depressed today...Thank god for income tax. We are using that for hsi ticket as I am claiming my neice and nephew. By thaty time she will have a job (I HOPE!!!!!)

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! they have fixed csc igors list!!!! and they have taken away all the old filers and the oldest ones up now are from May 2008 which means that we have all jumped forward by HEAPS!! I am now at #73!! wow! i know its just an estimation of vjers here but it's such a good feeling to jump that far forward!! woo hooo!! :star:

Just got back from Montréal...

I'm feeling kinda depressed, I am in my "I will never get approved" state of mind.

Closer I am of the end of november (the 4 months anniversary), the more impatient I'm getting !

Hope to see the date and status on uscis change.

Now at No:96, yesterday we were 162!!

It's the little things that are keeping me excited!lol

Our petition was approved on Nov. 12, 2008. Although the petition was filed on June 25, it was not received by CSC till July 8 and the NOA1 was issued on July 23. That's why we consider ourselves as July filers. Anyhow, good luck to everybody in the waiting room. :star: :star:

We've moved a bunch of places on Igor's list as well.......168 yesterday to 91 today!! YIPPEEE!!

Ahoy...

Sorry I went MIA a couple days again. I had a really bad couple of days. Andy didn't get the job, and my internship is... a nightmare. I spent ages designing the layout of this magazine issue, and in 2 days the editors (with zero design training) played designer and mutilated my work. Now they want me to keep half the garbage and clean up the rest of the mess by Monday! I want to tell them where they can go... but waiting on my advisor to respond to my email first. UGH

Glad Igor's is fixed. We're #49 atm. I guess we should get NOA2 any day now. That would be some welcome good news.

Good luck to everyone - I hope we all have our approvals before month's end.

I cant wait for ours...Both of us have been bitchy the last couple of days due to stress...I had to get a new modum because MINE blew up...SO he is sending me money for it to help me out with bills here and our car payment.

I have to call them and let them know it will be late.

Don't feel bad ours has moved to May...........went from February to March to April and now May?? Why is that?? I just don't even understand what that is all about. Does that mean we won't get approved until then and I should just stop checking the damn uscis website?? I'm having an off day I guess and not feeling very confident about any of this.........

I am looking at my adjustication time, its moving to december,,,, so frustartatin!

really frustrating because i dont know how to spell now! hehehehe

Sorry I went MIA a couple days again. I had a really bad couple of days. Andy didn't get the job, and my internship is... a nightmare.
