OMG!!! OUR CHECK JUST CAME THROUGH!!! WOOHOOOO!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Now....... how the heck do I decipher a case number off of it?? I only have an electronic copy, so its hard to read anything on it?? Any thoughts? Where is the number located??

Congrats!@ I'd say this is good news for all of us waiting.

From what I've read, the case number is written on the back of the check where the endorsement area is. You can use this to check your case status on the USCIS website.

K-1 Timeline

05/14/08 Engaged on my last day while visiting Bremen

07/03 Mailed 129f package

07/24 NOA1

12/05 NOA2

12/27 Packet 3 received

01/19/09 Medical in Hamburg

03/24 Successful interview at Frankfurt

03/31 Visa received

07/09 POE Salt Lake City

AOS/EAD/AP Timeline

08/22/09 Mailed package

08/28 NOA1

10/28 Biometrics completed; EAD card production ordered

11/07 EAD arrived

12/14 Successful AOS interview in Seattle

12/28/09 Greencard arrived

07/15/08[/font] Sent off I 129F

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

filed on 7/3 and check cashed 7/23

Did you send it to them on the 3rd or they received it on the 3rd?

I also wonder if there is any relation at all between what happens at Vermont and California??? :unsure:

i sent it out 7-2 and was received on 7-3 @ CSC

regarding to relation between VSC and CSC?... not sure about that, but i think both have standard protocol in processing application...

bu then again its always been case by case..hope this will somewhat ease your mind..Best Regards to All!

TIMELINE

Feb 21 2007-Mar 21 2007 = 1st visit in Manila

Mar 04 2007 = our official anniversary date

Sep 03 2007-Sep 26 2007 = 2nd visit in Manila

May 01 2008-June 04 2008 = 3rd visit in Manila

May 04 2008 = Engaged

July 02 2008 = sent out I-129 F

July 22 2008 = NOA1

July 23 2008 = Check Cashed

Feb 23 2009 = NOA2

Apr 08 2009-May 07 2009 = 4th visit in Manila

Apr 13 2009 = Medical passed

Apr 23 2009 = Interview passed

OK, thanks! Mine was delivered on the 5th, but seeing how it was Saturday, I don't think they actually got it until the 7th. No activity on my bank account yet, so probably next week.

HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sooooo excited now, just wondering when did they receive your I-129F I also sent mine on the 2nd and they got it on the 7th.... :dance:

My I129F was mailed to CSC on June 25 and I just got the NOA1 today. I am thrilled after being on the edge for almost a month. Now I can enjoy my golf again!!! How about you? Did you get the NOA1 yet? Good luck. :dance:

My fiancé and I just mailed off our package today to the California Service Center. Who else is filing this month? I'd love to hear from you!

I'm a nervous nelly as we're headed out of town for several weeks so he can meet my parents. I mailed the package certified/return receipt so I can check that they received it. I guess I will just keep anxiously checking to see if they cash my check while I'm away!

Do you know what date your packet had been received? I'm trying to calculate in my head when I might expect an NOA1 on my packet. :D
