OOPS where are my manners AND DAWN!

Thanks for the reply, have you guys got everything organized yet or am I just being obsessive????

Lol

Have filed out all the forms already that will come with packet 3 ready....just waiting

I don't think anyone on here can be classed as obsessive...just VERY excited!! That's my excuse and i'm sticking to it!!

How many times a day do you check your status??

Dawn

Well, and no laughing here, Igors list is set as my home page  do I qualify as OCD yet LOL

USCIS is checked probably 2-3 times daily and getting worse as we get nearer to our alledged adjudicated time frame!!!

So wheres is everyone heading once they are approved? I'm off to Florida........

Qualify...nah...think you should go to top of the class!

I have to check USCIS at least 3 times a day, but i've started trying to sneak up on it! :D

I'm off to North Carolina but Rob's mentioned he may want to move back towards Boston...i don't give a damn which state we are in so long as we don't have 4000 miles seperating us!

LOL at your home page....that might qualify you...

you guys are making me all worried having all this stuff ready to go already...am i behind or something??? YOu cannot get the bank or work statements until u are approved correct??? But i do have copies of my tax forms copied already and such...just hope I dont forget anything. So as soon as i get the approval is it okay to go ahead then and get the letter from the bank and my employment???

Ive already got all the DS 156 156k and 157 filled out and a new affidavit of support just waiting for Shan to bring over the original tax return forms and birth cert and her divorce paperwork and I'm ready to go!

I have a co sponsor (Shans mom) and she's retired I don't need bank or work stuff but once you're approved you'll have about 14 days before the consulate gets the paperwork and sends out packet 3 so plenty of time for last minute foraging for documents etc!!!

For the Affadavit of support I am a little confused on what the copy of the tax return is supposed to be. Can I use my the 1040 I did my taxes with + W2 or is this something else I am unaware of?

I see a lot of people talking about getting a free copy through the government, but just wanted to know if I need to take this route.

Oh and I am 144 on Igor's list for CSC, gawd I am addicted to that thing!

Well I'm totally depressed right now... I just got a reply from an old topic. With our petition we sent my birth certificate which is the document in France where you can find the "divorced" mention with dates and blablabla. We don't have this official paper like in the US "declaration of divorce". And now I'm scared to get a RFE... HELP !!!

I just checked on the official USCIS instructions to fill the 129F :

If either you or your fiancé(e) were married before, give copies of documents showing that each prior marriage was legally terminated

So I hope that my birth certificate will be enough !!!
