LOL!! Hopefully we'll be getting Nick's soon. Purely a case of not having the time to go down there and have him take the test... between working, the kids and all the places they need to go - seems we're always begging for more time!

Well, our I-485 was transferred to CSC today. I guess that means no interview and faster processing? Nothing on our EAD and AP though. Last activity was Biometrics day for EAD and the day they put it online for AP.

For people who were transferred, how much more time did it take to finish?

Our case was transferred on 9/18 and approved on 10/22 -- I don't think we had any touches in between. Hope yours is just as fast, if not faster!

We made an appointment and waited maybe 15 minutes. You can go online and schedule an appointment, they also ask if she was ready to take her driving test at the same time so Nick could pass the test for the learner's permit and then take the driving portion and you wouldn't need to go back.

Jeremy got a job offer today. It's not ideal but it is in his field and it's a start. So we're very happy. You have to start somewhere I guess.
