Well, they want the medical exam. We sent the vaccination supplement 'cause it has been less than one year...blah blah blah. So I guess we need to have another medical? Any comments?

Sounds like they may havve lost the medical stuff at POE. Bummer =( We added a note to our vacc supplement sheet that the rest of the medical stuff was taken at POE. Did you write any notes on yours?

No notes on the supplement. I read a thread where a person's Congressman was able to call the NBC and make them find the medical. It was in one of 2 files; the wrong one. Their processing was resumed in less than 1 week. Otherwise we need to find money for a new medical and that would suck or we could try to get it here from Brazil which could be alot of work too.

That'd be my course of action, but not without its legwork. The medical is going to cost your more stateside if you re-do it. The only other thing that crosses my mind is that they might not have known what the supplement was without a note attached. It sounds sad, but I repeatedly read that people get RFE's for stuff like birth certificates when they send in international birth certificates (which have multiple languages on them including English). And just sending a vacc. supplement is less common, so... just throwing that out there as a possibility.

Either way, I'm sorry you're having that bad luck. :( We crossed our fingers when we submitted our stuff and attached sticky notes like mad in case of a dumb case worker. Hope we don't end up also in the re-do the medical boat! Wasn't it Kiristen/Jeremy that had to redo their medical in our thread?

Don't remember; I was thinking it was Sebastian.

And calling USCIS now, just as useless as during the first part of the process. Nothing but automated menus. We'll just hope the Senator thing works out.

NOA 2. Really?

Same thing happened here! I paid to have it done to keep up the flow(look at my signature)...it was quite costly and am still not a happy camper. I sent the vaccination transcription to Dr. Arnold and the medical was within the 1 year window. The dreaded POE......I think it happened to Erin as well. Even though I had copies of the transcription from Dr. Arnold the local CS still saw the need for new vaccinations....grrrrrr

On a somewhat random note... it looks like half or more of the people here have had to re-do medicals. How crazy is that?!

It is insane. No Senator response yet. Best medical price, $120 with vaccinations extra. If we don't hear anything by Wednesday next week we'll probably go the new medical route. I am curious if the problem happens with specific POEs.

Biometrics all done, in and out in 20 minutes!

Cool. How was traffic?

Corinthians, I think the "last" medical we found was similarly priced and they told us + vaccinations also...it was the + vaccinations that made the total 408.00. As I said, Dr. Arnold had signed off on the vaccinations as they were, but this CS decided more were needed.

The traffic in the Orlando center when we went was almost non existent...there were 2 or 3 people who came in after we were there. We were there 20 minutes as well.

Did have any problem finding the right location on the backside of that strip center?

So lucky

Nothing after 3 calls to the Senator so we might need to break down a pay for the medical. We had a local civil surgeon office do our vaccination form for $25. I almost wonder if that throws people off (the less than 1 year medical thing).

3.5 hours back. Wow. If you live anywhere close that sucks. If you live in Jacksonville, you did pretty good.

NOA 2. Really?
