I'm pretty sure we all have our NOA2, many are just waiting for interviews.

Timeline:

K-1

07/30/08- I-129F was delivered to Vermont

08/11/08- NOA1

12/14/08- NOA2

02/11/09 Interview (Approved!)

03/07/09 POE at JFK

03/13/09 Married!

AOS

04/08/09- NOA1 for AOS and EAD (we didn't apply for AP)

04/22/09- Case Transferred to CSC

04/24/09- Biometrics Appointment

05/22/09- EAD card production ordered

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered

07/21/09- I-485 Approval Notice Sent

07/24/09- Green card received in the post!

Hello VJs friends ! How are you guys ? I'm working a lot so I'm not around so much...

Nothing new on my side, waiting for Vegas to send me a certified copy of my marriage certificate so I can send my AOS. I will go to the doctor for the document also, I wanted to wait but I have a shot to get anyway so I will do both.

Are there still many people in this thread who haven't been approved? If so, :(

Or are you now using the thread to keep up with each other beyond NOA2? If so, :)

There are a few july filers I believe who still have not received their NOA2 yet. Sometimes this happens so be prepared if yours takes longer then the 4 month. They have up to 6 months to send it to you:( It is the WORST part of this whole visa process....after that it goes FAST!

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Hello my French friend :) That's good that you're busy working. I'm concerned about Jeremy's job prospects once he comes here. I'm hoping that he can work the "French angle" somehow... Right now I'm setting my apartment up. Working on ways to "French it up" as you say :)

Very cute links there! I love it! You should also consider adding some classic French art prints to add to the café feel... many many to choose from. I can't think of France and not think of art.

So Erin is a happily married woman now! (Erin of Erin-meets-Johny or Erin-loves-Johnny...or Joanie-loves-Chachi lol). I saw her pics on myspace, wow they made me cry! and its her birthday today! A big congrats to Erin and Johnny! (F)

Meri..2 more days, wow u must be dying of excitement!! (hmm...i read the superglue it to the leg thing LOL! hope kai dont mess with u! LOL).

2 more days OMG OMG OMG you have no idea how much I am freaking out..went and got more wedding things and NOW we are SET!!!!!!!!!

we decided to play another one bites the dust after they say husband and wife...LOL THEN when they reintroduce us as hubby and wife we are playing you sexy thing by hot chocolate...we do have a TON of romantic songs that mean so much to us but want to make it fun...

The best man is going to say IF ANYONE HAS HAD RELATIONS WITH THIS MAN...PLEASE RETURN HIS HOUSE KEY AS HE IS MARRIED NOW....THEN i have about 4 gals one is OLD and my son is going to give him one back and lay one on him ROFL...I CANT WAIT...he is a joker so am I and he said I would NEVER get him back...WELL GUESS WHAT MUAHAHHAHA

THEN the place we were going for our honeymoon calls and he knows we are in a tight pinch since my sister lost her job. SO he gave us the cabin half off and we also get a certificate to go to the wolf reserve..WE ARE STOKED!!!

02/21/09: Recieved letter from USCIS that im in security checks :( and to call beck in 6 nonths..... WOW

05/04/09: Counsulate call and tell her to come 05/06/09 to counsulate for appointment? Told to bring passport......Is this the day???

05/06/09: Second interview (everything went well) Counsulate keep passport

05/07/09: Call from counsulate to pick up visa tomorrow

05/08/09: VIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAA IN HAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!

Yeah, it is good to be busy cuz it means that I make money, and euros which is good to spend in the US !

My husband's boss wants also to hire me for a part time job, I think that I will say yes cuz' even if the job is not very sexy by itself it is the best way for me to go back to France when I want (I told him that I want a month off every 4 months).

So everything is ok so far, I miss my parents and my friends and I can't believe that I won't see them before september...
