SO I HAVE A QUESTION!! what order does his stuff have to be in for the interview..He had everything except the police cert medical and his

NOW they say on the form for 134 form they want it noterized HOWEVER i used the new form that did not have ANY place to be noterized. they want evidence od HIS assets and funds ( he has #######) so what do we do there?? he has MAYBE 400 in the bank..should he get his bank deposits and balance?? OR hmm??? they only asked for 2008 tax return (again its ####### but have letter explaining WHY)

evidence of my legal residence or status..( birth cert of mine ...copy and a few other things)

evidence of MY assets..dont really have any as I am starting over bascially.

I included in the 134 like i said , letter from boss, letter from them stating I make enough with my ssi, tax return, omg the list is long

are we forgeting anything and in WHAT order does this all have to be in..does it have to follow the list????

I see no one responded yet so I'll try to help, I havent had my interview but i've studied a lot on the subject

He does not need his stuff in any order other then what suites him. they will ask him for things and he has to pull it from the folder n give it to them. He doesnt hand them a whole file. So whatever works for him, make sure the files are labeled for him, so he can produce what they ask for easily!

New 134 does NOT need to be notarized.

He shouldnt have to produce any financial evidence of his own...that is just the USC. If they asked for it?? then yes a letter from the bank showing deposits for the year n balance.

For you, or your sponsor, last 3 years of taxes if applicable. If you have no assets, then nothing you can do about that.

You should already have a copy of your birth certificate in your original I-129f application. If you want go ahead and send him a copy of your passport and/or birth certificate. (i'm doing that just to be on the safe side).

Again, no order...they will ask him for documents one at a time, so the order that works best for Kai, that he can find documents easily n quickly. I think you got it all. (did u get evidence of continuing relationship/photos, boarding passes etc.?)

Also, new letters of intent from both him and you. I know you are nervous, it will be fine! take a deep breath! it will be over with soon! (well...this part! )

All the checklist of the documents or requirements that he's gonna need is in the link on the letter (its the notice from the US Embassy and your case number is on it) that was sent to him by the US Embassy. They list it there in order and the each requirements has instructions.

Brazil actually lists an order that they want things in...you might want to double check the information your consulate sent.

I have no clue what time it is in Australia but it is killing to know how he did...I soo can't wait to hear the good news. I have been thinking about them all day.
